We built a bespoke management system that is accessible both remotely and on premise, optimised so that it is equally usable from mobile and desktop devices.
To meet the security requirements we put two-factor authentication and database encryption in place. And because the team handles a high volume of job requests every day, the workflow system was designed to be intuitive, easy to use and flexible at the same time.
